Panic Attack And Anxiety Symptoms

For some people it can be a panic attack at the thought of doing something, for others it can be an anxiety attack out of the blue without warning. Some people experience a phobia at performing certain tasks while others feel constantly nervous and anxious about everything.
Common anxiety symptoms may include,
- Increased heart rate
- Sweating
- Dizziness
- Breathing difficulty
- Twitching
- Fatigue
- Insomnia
- Irritability
- Restlessness
- Lacking concentration
- Always fearing the worst
- Feeling tense and jumpy
Although these are common symptoms of anxiety, that’s not to say that if you experience any of these you have an anxiety disorder. There could be other reasons why your feeling restless or irritable for example.
When a person experiences an anxiety attack or panic attack the symptoms are more severe and may include,
- Hyperventilation
- Shaking
- Hot flashes
- Breathing difficulty
- Chocking sensation
- Feeling faint
- Chest pains
- Overwhelming panic
These anxiety symptoms are extremely unpleasant and can last from minutes to hours, and to think some people experience these attacks multiple times a day.
There is a link between depression and anxiety disorders and some doctors will treat anxiety with the same medications. There are alternative treatments to anxiety disorders other than medication. You should research and find the most effective for you.
